Cancellation policy

Orders may be canceled within a limited time after they are placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.  To request a cancellation, customers should contact us as soon as possible with their order number.  Once an order has entered the processing or shipping stage, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow our standard return and refund policy.  If a cancellation request is approved before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.  We reserve the right to cancel orders due to payment issues, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case customers will be notified and fully refunded.
